"I just got back from a communications site that I operate in Lincoln County NM We recently had a wind storm there with 125 MPH winds
We have the comunications equipment housed in a 8 x 12.5 Lifetime shed which is guyed with 4 cables to ground anchors along each side (60 to 70 MPH winds are common there)
The Lifetime shed came through without a scratch even though a wooden fence surrounding it was totally destroyed with 6 inch posts snapped off at ground level.
Our 8 x 10 metal generator shed was scattered out over a half mile of desert and looked like a piece of crumpled up tin foil

Received my shed on 8/19/2011. Arrived on time and the day promised. I purchased the 10 x 8 (60005). My son and I put it together in 6 hours. The directions were very good. I built a wood base out of 2x4 and a 3/4 inch plywood floor beforehand. Stood up to hurricane Irene with no problem. Dry as a bone inside. Very happy with everything so far. Nice looking outside as well.

"Our shed arrived on time. The delivery person called to notify us when they would be making the delivery. They placed the large pallet on our driveway in the place we requested. Assembly took us longer that most I'm sure. We could only work on it a bit at a time due to other projects. The instructions and diagrams were easy to read and follow. The finished project is exactly as pictured on-line. One week after assembly completion we had a rain storm that dumped 7.1 inches of precipitation in 48 hours and wind gusts to 60 mph. We had placed our shed on a concrete pad but had not braced it. The shed came through with flying colors. Not one leak and no sign of a problem. We highly recommend this Lifetime shed to all considering one."

I built the wood floor per the specs included with the shed and it has had no problems even with my huge tool box. I have had no problems with water getting inside the shed.
